	What is Virtual Hosting? Virtual Hosting allows us to us to host multiple domains on one server. This cuts down on overhead which allows us to host your web pages for a low cost. To see what it would cost to get your own server check out our hosting page. With Virtual Hosting, when someone on the net visits your web page, they won't be able to tell its not on its own server.
	Does Web Servers Unlimited design web pages? We do. If you don't know anyone to design your web pages, go to the Design Page for a list of our packages. We also design at competitive price with quality work.
	Can I change from one plan to another? No problem. Just contact support@icontechnos.com and let them know you would like to change from one plan to another, and we'll upgarde you as per ur request. -
	How do I transfer files to my web site ? Files must be transferred to the web server via File Transport Protocol (FTP). If you have a PPP Internet account and need FTP software, you can download one from intrnet. Internet providers such as AOL, CompuServe, and Prodigy may have a built-in FTP interface.
	Will I have unlimited access to update my pages? Except for scheduled maintenance times or technical problems beyond our control (such as phone or power outages), you have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site at your leisure.
	Can I use my account for commercial purposes ? Yes, you can use your account for commercial purposes. The World Wide Web has become a most efficient and cost-effective means of making information available to the users of the Internet community.
	Can I resell space within my own account ? Yes. You can resell space within your account. However, you will be responsible for its content and data transfer. It will not be possible to acquire multiple account passwords for FTP access.
	Do you accept international orders ? Yes. If you would like, we can host non-US domain name extensions. Like .se, .co.uk etc. If you can point the domain to us, we can host it.
	Do you offer technical support to customers ? Yes. We encourage our customers to send e-mail to support@icontechnos.com with questions or concerns about their web site. We are relatively quick to respond to support e-mail.
	How long does it take to set up a new account ? Once an account is set up, an activation notice will be sent you via e-mail. including a user id, password, your password to the Members Page and FTP host name. You can begin uploading files to your new web site immediately. This will take 24 to 48 hours.

	Can Web Servers Unlimited handle domain registration? Yes. We'll handle everything at no additional cost or you can type your domain name into this form and click. please note this form is for the registration of NEW domains only, transfers of existing domains will be handled free of charge by our system administrator.
	Can I transfer an existing domain to Web Servers Unlimited? Yes. Our system administrator will be happy to submit the forms for you, or you will need to have Internic point the domain to our nameservers which are listed below. Primary DNS Server and I.P address: dn1.icontechnos.com 208.61.254.164 Secondary DNS Server and I.P address: dn2.icontechnos.com 208.61.254.147
	How long does it take before my domain name is active? The domain name will be registered immediately we get the details and to see the results in who is report it takes 24-48 hrs..

	Can multiple domains point to the same HTML files? Yes. That is what we refer to as domain aliasing. There is a one time setup fee of Rs.500/- for each additional domain.

	What are Autoresponders? Autoresponders are an automatic mail-back service. A potential customer sends you e-mail requesting information and your Autoresponder sends back the requested information within seconds. A very effective form of advertising. Depending on the plan that you bought, you can have up to an unlimited number of Autoresponders associated with your domain.
